any place restore steel 14" rims?

I remember a link on a thread a while ago that had a place where you could purchase steel reconditioned rims for 1968-1969 Mopar steel rims that were 14x5 1/2. Does anyone have this link? I know they had a bunch more rims but after doing a google search and a search on here, I came up with no results.

This rim that I got which is total crap I got from Joe Wilkins Jr in Pulaski, PA. He claimed that this rim just need a polish and would look great. The rim is severely pitted and covered in about 2" thick of grease and grime. He basically refused to accept the package when it was shipped back to him, hence me needing a new steel rim.

Any help would be appreciated.
