I'm surprised that even rats would eat at KFC.

That stuff is pretty nasty. Every so many years I manage to give KFC a try, & every so many years I end up remembering why I don't eat there.   ::)

:haha:

I'm the same way.  About once a year, usually in the summer, I'll get a craving for it and then wonder why I didn't remember how much I regretted it from the year before.

vermin are not the only rats hanging out at that place

It isn't just KFC that has rodent problems either. About 12 years ago I had worked at Grand Central Station in NYC, surveying & measuring platforms & tunnels for the remodelling. We'd be there late at night after 8 PM up until 4 AM when it was empty. At break time we'd go back upstairs to get coffee, but the Dunkin' Donuts shop wasn't open so we'd go out. As we passed Dunkin' Donuts, we'd see rats inside the glass doughnut case having a feast.   :o

Needless to say, we'd never stop there when it was open.   :puke:

Other food places had deliveries come through some of the lower corridors at Grand Central. These corridors were NOT the type of places that were kept clean since they were mostly service entrances & maintenance areas. We'd see carts & carts of food, doughnuts too, stacked & waiting unattended to be brought upstairs to the food shops. The food wasn't the spoilage type, but lots of doughnuts & bread were unwrapped & sat for several hours.

We also saw lots of rats in these corridors............wonder why?   :shruggy:

How do you think the rats get so big in New York to begin with? :P

I run a feed store in NJ and back about 2 years ago a local river flooded and sent some rats our way. It took almost a year with proffesional help to rid the place. NOT any easy thing to do, BUT we won the fight. and as fore fast food that is.... well..... grosss... the winner for me, with or without rats is Taco Bell. AND I love Mexican/ Tex-Mex food!
