The flat black charger thread which make some people upset (who gives a f...) made me work on a more finished look. Hell I don't care if my car is white, blue, yellow... as long as I can enjoy her driving.
So I ask our friend DS440, the photo shop wizzard ;) to add the red '70s butt stipe, Basset Dot wheels, (they come with a small thin red line on the rim), and keep the color like it is now, flat black. And AAR Cuda style exhaust. Wicked in my opinion.
I am just trying to get a more finished look by adding budget friendly items and this is the result.
Your thoughts? I think it looks mean :D
And remeber, this would be temporary, I dont think you can finish a Charger (B5 blue) for just a few bucks. ...and no I am not following a trend CB
wheels: http://www.bassettwheel.com/dot.html , 50 bucks per rim ;D

i'd prefer it alot more with the wheelwell stainless and a less common wheel..
i see a narrow range of variation on these photos shops but given how critical the peanut gallery can be i can understand some reluctance to get too crazy with the icons...  :icon_smile_wink:

folks have been really nice to me though and DFS ROCKS!!!!  :yesnod:

Doright

I like it!
But I'm just weird

Gives the unfinished look a finished look :icon_smile_tongue:

Hot Rods are supposed to be fun! NOT about money and there are way more out there that are just about money than they are about FUN.

I play with cars because Jets are way too serious to be fun any more
I have so many car projects that cars are beginning to be no fun any more

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Big Lebowski

I like it, some of the funnest times I ever had was in a black primered '69 R/T 4 speed Charger. It was 1986 and my Charger had the General Lee wheels on it, WAY WAY back before people were building General Lees. Back then, it was about drag racing and doing donuts in the mountains, now my Six-pack car doesn't have that much fun. I won't even park it in a parking lot, just car shows.
"Let me explain something to you, um i am not Mr. Lebowski, you're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the dude, so that's what you call me. That or his dudeness, or duder, or you know, el duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing."
