By brother has a 70 Charger NOS full quarter panel, passenger side . He's considering selling it. But I have no idea what it's worth.

Thank you. DodgeCharger.com will be the 1st to know if he decides to sell it. I'll let you know. I'm pretty sure he will. It's been hanging on the wall of his garage for a very long time.

The NOS market really depends on who is restoring what particular car at the given time, as well as how the general hobby is doing overall.  If you are restoring a high dollar Charger to complete in the major shows, you will need the NOS panels if your panels are shot (reproductions are typically not accurate on the shape of the bends).  If you are restoring a 318 Charger, most won't go the NOS route as the outcome would cost more than the car would be worth in the end.  I would say that the 1970 NOS Charger quarter panel should be worth at least a few thousand dollars.  I missed out on one at a mopar parts sale a decade ago and it went for $500 back then.  I did luck out in getting a pair of NOS valences (front and back) in a 1970 Charger 500 that I bought for parts.  They were sitting where the passinger seat should have been.....

I agree with these guys, with one condition...that 1/4 panel has to be clean. It can't be falling off that wall every other month, collecting a new ding or crease each time, to still be considered NOS. ;D

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

It is clean. It never fell off the wall. My brother's not an idiot. Well, ok we think he is. :pity: And I do know what NOS means, new old stock.  :icon_smile_tongue:
