What are you all using to replace the white foam seals/gaskets?

Many of the trim pieces use this white foam material as gaskets between trim pieces and other places on the body. What you all using to replace these? Is there a good source for this kind of foam? Or is there a better alternative?

Its called a paint gasket kit....most major resto parts suppliers sell it
