Correct me if I'm wrong here, Professor, but isnt' Chrysler already emitting a death rattle?

Most of the combined Benz-Chryco loss stemmed from US losses.  Ford is on the ropes with its 800th different plan of reorganization.  GM is so bad that even Renault didn't want them.

Such a shame.  Payback's a bitch.
