I seldom pass along inspirational stuff, but this one got to me.

I believe, in these difficult and mean-spirited times in which we live,
there needs to be a message of Hope.

We can all use a single image that speaks to us of love, harmony, peace,
and joy.

An image that suggests the universality of us all.

I have been sent that image, and I want to share it with you all.

All I ask that all of you take a moment to reflect on it.

Yeah, it's a cool photo, but it'll piss off a few people, like.....

The anti-alcohol crowd, because it's a beer store.
The open spaces crowd, since the lot was cleared of all trees.
The architectural review board, because the building is a box with no character.
The local concrete paving contractors, because the lot is asphalt.
The leprechauns, since there's no freakin' pot-a-gold.
The beer store owner, because the truck is still in the dock.
Charger Fan, since his car isn't parked in front & he hasn't posted about it yet.
The home owner 13 miles away, on the other side of the hill, behind the trees, & all the way across town, because the realtor who sold him his home never told him they would build a beer store on that site.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

...and those of us that are pissed off just to be pissed off...

Now watch what you say or they'll be calling you a radical,
      a liberal, oh fanatical, criminal.
Won't you sign up your name, we'd like to feel you're
acceptable, respectable, oh presentable, a vegetable!
