One thing to remember is that you have to be "extremely nice" to whoever you speak with. I don't mean kiss ass, but afterall, it's all politics. You'll get a lot farther proving your point by not using too many adjectives.

I would hold off on calling them a bunch of "jerry's kids"  :icon_smile_big:

GTX

I work on and collect full sized classic arcade machines...Pacman, Donkey Kong, Asteroids etc...
Once I got tired late in the afternoon and left one covered up at the front gate of my driveway behind a car for about 24 hours. Now this gate is parallel with the front corner of my house not the street or anything and it was well covered. The nosy bastard down the street called the city and complained that I was running a business out of my home. It was a nasty deal that cost me $$ and time. Not because of the machines, she didn't even care about them but because she insisted on inspecting my property. She found the GTX registration not renewed and that I had no permit for the rewiring I was doing on the house.  She also made me move my portable garage back 3' in the driveway. That whole thing cost me about $500.00

The same bastard also complained to neighbors that my car was too loud both in sound and color and tried to stir up trouble and once called parking enforcement on me for parking my Ramcharger on the street for more than 3 days when I had company in town. He doesn't like it when I bring the boat up in the summer either but tough shit!

For those reasons nobody in this neighborhood knows that I even have a Charger or he would certainly bitch about that too. I checked with the city and I'm not doing anything wrong but he'd still try.

That's the reason I uncap my headers and run the car when he has grandkids over and also run the boat open exhaust in the driveway.

I can relate , for me all of my neighbors are cool to me and they have all been here longer than the seven years I've been here . I hope with all the people I know in town it can be smoothed over

QuoteI'm told jersey is one of the worst .

NJ has way to many rules and there's no space in between the houses . we live way to close to each other .. Rene
I won't be wronged, I wont be Insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to others, and I require the same from them.

I live smack in the middle of suburbia here on Long Island.  When I pull it out of the garage, I always get a visitor....a neighbor who thinks it's cool and wants to ask questions.

In Alaska (out side of Anchorage anyway) if people tried to turn in their neighbors in for crap lake that they'd simply vanish and drug crazed squatters would eventually just take over their suddenly empty house. It would be years..if ever  that people would suspect something happened...I'm not joking!

daytonalo

Thats the way it should be !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will find out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dkn1997

cool, all you need now is to find some drug induced squatters and you are all set.

i have had a simmilar problem in jersey.. not exactly the same as yours, but pretty close.. i live in brick and  some one called the town on me... they sent a letter that i can not park any cars on grass, nor dirt and that all veichles must be registered.. so i had to put rocks down and register the cars and trailers.. i usto just switch the plates on the trailers, but some one was dick, so the guy had to do his job.. i feel your pain.. it sucks.. where in nj do you live??..

Shouldn't have to look to hard for any of those these days. :rotz:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

NJ SUCKS- they need to enforce/collet fines to pay off the polititions wastfull spending, as if the 6,000 dollars a year taxes was not enough.
