Has anyone out there in Chargerland looked for nice color advertisements for chargers in magazines.  I would really like to find a nice color advertisement for 69 chargers that I could frame and put in my garage/shop.  IF someone has found one, what magazine and what issue did you find it in.  That would help narrow down my search immensely.  I know that Chrysler used to advertise in Life magazine.  I looked through some old 69 Geographics and didn't find anything.  Thanks.

The guy you need to talk to should be around soon to show you what you need. He's got them all, and can make your garage (or room) look amazing. Just be patient, and he will show.  :yesnod:

Chatt69chgr-  To find what you are looking for, you should look at the car specific magazines from that era as they have more car ads than National Geographic.  I have a collection of Hi-Performance Cars (1968-74) as well as many others (Super Stock, Street Rodder, Hot Rod, etc...), but the HPC seems to have at least two good mopar ads per issue.  As time allows (rare these days), I have been slowly scanning them into my computer (it takes about one hour+ of spare time to do one issue with 84 pages), but I have roughly 300+ vintage ones to do yet and 3,000 newer (1980-1990s various Mopar and Mustangs) ones for scanning also, so it will be quite some time when I finish all of them.  I want to make a virtual digital library of these magazines so that anyone could do research on a particular model or print out copies to read at car shows without the fear of destroying an orginal.  I will look at what I have already scanned and try to let you know what I have for Mopar ads.  I wish a major library would do the virtual library thing, but I have yet to find one on the internet that allows access to the scanned car magazines from back then.  To compound things, I came across a collection that has several hundred old issues (all mint) that I don't have yet and the guy wants to sell them soon....
