I have a guy that has emailed me through ebay a bunch of times about the racks I have for sale for an H2.

His last question was this:

Fare enough. Will you take 700.00 dollars and shipping if you take it to FEDEX or UPS and ship it to me. Let me know how much shipping is and I will pay on pay pal.



My response was this:

I called Bill Milliken at the local UPS store and he quoted me a shipping price to South Bend Indiana, I believe that is the zip code you gave me, of $280 to ship and a packing fee of $60 for a total of $340 shipping plus the $700 for my item making a total of $1040.  If that was your question then yes, I will do that.  My suggestion is you wait the 3 hours to see if you can get it for the opening big of $600.00 and save yourself a little bit of cash.  But I tell you what, if you hit the buy it now because you don't want to take the chance of missing the racks and pay me the sum of $980, i'll eat the crate fee of $60.  If you wait til the auction ends and get lucky and get it for $600 then your total price will be $600 + $340s/h for a total of $940.  It's your call how you want to handle it, just so long as you pay me through paypal and once I see the money, I'll take it to ups and let them ship it out.
Let me know
Once again your final price to me will either be
$600 + $340 s/h = $940
or
$700 + $280 s/h and I pay $60 crate fee  =$980

As long as this is a residence it ships to, these quotes are good.

I know, you have to be so literal on ebay responses it's scary.  Don't want the negative feedback you know.  I very rarely sell stuff and it always scares me.

Haha Chris! Hummer is about 5 months gone though.  Although you make a good point, these racks are almost the size of a Hummer.

If he cannot be perfectly informed by that, then I'll bet he doesn't know its rubber side down for his H2.
