Actually, no. A cubic inch is always going to be an inch thick. How much it weighs per square inch would be dependant on its thickness. It probably varies depending on the ratio of resin to glass fiber.

Exactly , could vary on , vinyl ester, epoxy, general purpose resin and core mat , balsa , fab mat , etc , etc
