I was just curious to know what ever happened to it. It was a Top Banana 440 4spd. car from Iowa. Raced alot. Painted blue then silver. I sold it to someone from Missouri. The scoops were silver when I sold it. Any info would be appreciated. I already checked the Charger Registry. I figure this would be the best place to ask. Thanks!

Cool car!! Good luck in your search. Have you tried running the serial # with local authorities or a motor vehicles branch to see if it is still currently registered and operational??

Nice car!  Id like to see pics of it in the Top Banana paint if you have any?

Where you at in Iowa?   Im just west of Des Moines in Bouton.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I'm in Indianapolis but the car came from Manchester, Iowa when new. It spent some time in Illinois then on to Indy. I think I sold it in 98 or 99? It would be nice to check a database to see if it was still registered but I don't think they would do it unless I still owned the car. Here is a pic from when it was relatively new.

I don't recall seeing that Charger around here in Indy. Then again by the looks of the photo of it as silver, those plates scream 1983-87. Its been a long time since I've seen that style of plate on a car here in Indiana.

Mean 318

I picked up the license plate new for it in `94 so they definately were still using that color until about 98 or so. (The plates on it in the pictures are `98) It was sometime around then they switched to the all white/ blue lettering.

That would be a typo on my behalf. I meant 93-97. I just remember them being like that when I got my first 74 Duster. Then they changed, and since have changed what 2 more times?
