I am pretty sure that a lot of places repro them.  Try checking Year One, Legendary, Hardens, and Mega Parts.

Not one of those vender's you list have them. Seem like no one repro them.

I couldn't find any a few years back when I was looking for them and I ended up having to get a better set than what I had off a car in a wrecking yard.
