The first 3 69 Charger 500's all have the C5X interior package. I also know of 2 Daytona's that have that option.

Hey Todd, how is the restoration on  the 500 coming along? I haven't talked to you in about a year. I don't recall your 500 having the C5X interior, but I could be mistaken. I know it had H51 A/C though. Then again I don't remember you having an A4 car either? I only remember a F3 Charger 500.

Hey Danny,  I sold the 500 last spring.  I could not bring myself to adding the nose and wing, but I could not drive a charger with a coronet grill jammed between the fenders either.  It went to a good home and I am involved in the correct restoration of the car.  It was a leather interior SE and yes it has air.  I sold all of my cars to get into the reproduction parts business.   My garage was empty way too long so I bought the 69 Charger in June/July.  It is A4 C21 AND C5X, H51 etc.  I started the thread to see just how rare the C5X is.  Not as rare as I thought.  I just never really saw any and I look at every Charger I see at shows, ebay and such.  I put my car up on ebay over the weekend, I hate to sell it, but I bought a 68 that I fell in love with.  She is so sexy.  I sold all of my Daytona parts, but now I'm toying with the Idea of cloning a car next year or so.  Wish I would have kept the parts............. :-\

Is the buddy seat that rare an option?
No...more common than you'd think although the console option was more popular (at least with the cars I have registered)
