SIZE OF JACK HOLD DOWN

I'm full aware that they are available for 55.00 , but I can make my own , and then powdercoat it black in my shop for free , by the way my powdercoat oven is 7 ft tall , If anyone needs a k-frame or whatever . I need length, width , thickness and size of hole and the bend , is that a hard 90 or more of a rounded bend ? Thank in advance
