I have a 68 charger, time to upgrade diff to a S60. The car will be fitted out with a 528 hemi, will basically for street use with a little strip action.

I would like to keep the ride height as low as I can possibly get it without chopping the car up, ie 4 link

1.   Super stock springs with snubber and lower blocks, (although not real happy about running blocks, I don't think I have an option) also does the extra leafs in the right spring affect cornering?
2.   XHD springs with snubber and again lowering blocks
3.   Or keep my already just about flatted out springs, have more leafs added to the same profile and snubber, and also run some not so big lowering blocks.

What to do? Or is there other options?

I don't know how low you want the rear to sit, but,,, I am not a fan of blocks. I would use SS springs with multi-adjustable front perches. Once you have your ride hight set as you like it, set the pinion angle. Weld it up and go yank the front end off the ground.. ;)

The SS perches normally have a few extra holes drilled in them. Standard hight. 1 inch up and 1 inch down.  I have seen a few companies that make a bigger perch with 4 hight levels. Can't think of who they are right now. :rotz:

SS springs with there shorter front half of spring and longer spring hanger, I've read are good to cure wheel hop, but does the extra lenght of the hanger (making for more leverage on the the hanger mount) tend to stress these hanger mounts and rip them?

I guess it can, but I don't think it's a huge issue. Most of us use the new hangers as a template to make a backing plate for the back side of the perch framing. You can also tie the framing and rocker together. This adds a bunch more strength.  :yesnod:
