How do I remove the pads above the door panels on my 68?

I romoved the right rear door panel and the strip of chrome above it. I also removed the screw at the front of the pad and the one at the back of the pad. It's loose but I cant remove it. What am I missing? :-\

Its time to pull on the upper door panel, it is just held in with very similar clips
as the lower door panel, but the upper door panel is much more sturdy and
can sometimes need more force to remove. The best thing is that the upper
door panel has a metal backing, so you don't have to worry to much about
hurting it, its very sturdy. I start pulling from along the bottom edge and
pull up along it.
