Well?  Oh ya also.  What condition is it in? (given thats part of the reason why you stored it where it's at)

TruckDriver

No offence, but that sounds like questions a car thief would ask. I'm not in any way suggesting that is why your asking. But in any case because we really don't know what kind of people are watching this board, it's not a good idea. Sorry, but that is my opinion.

I'll give in. Outside in the back yard. I have three big dogs that hardly ever sleep, two neighbors are cops, one is a DEA agent w/a bad attitude. Next door neighbor is a 6th degree black belt, good friends w/him for many reasons, we train together. I don't own a gun, no need for me too. Charger is gutted right now as it is in middle of restoration to be a clone, if you wanted to steal it, I'd laugh my butt off watching anyone try. Boy, some of you guys are paranoid.

While I see your point, he didn't ask for addresses.

Mine is stored at my In-Laws farm, about an hour from me.  This is one of the reasons it is taking me so long to finish the restoration as I only see it on weekends.

Mine is in our heated garage right here at home with the Harley. I store the Corvette and Yamaha in a garage a couple towns over from me.

What kind of Yamaha do you own street or dirt?
I have an 04' Honda CRF 450 Motocross bike and a 81' Yamaha Seca street bike. The Charger is having the paint & body done as we speak. So I now have free winter storage!
I store everything in my 1 1/2 car garage. My friend helped me rig up this homemade electric shock security system. I have electricity rIgged up to the garage door handle, side door handle, and across the windows. We used barbed wire from this old electric fence. We have it rigged that if you try touch anything metal on the doors you get zapped. I tested it out and it zapped me good. My hand turned black and it shocked me like a mother trucker ! I use a light switch in the house to control the electricity.
Try and snatch my goods and you are going to get zapped beeeeeeitch! No joke.

mine's always locked away in my garage which is alarmed i would be surprised in anyone apart from my neighbours knew about it.

Bmotoxstar. Honda 450's are sweet... I have a '06 WR450F. Set up to run like a YZ now. It was the magic button I opted for mostly. Had many dirt bikes as well over the years. Last bike was '02 YZ426F raced it one season, placed 3rd in vet class out of 8, not bad for not racing in over 16 years. Glad to see a few more guys confessed where there mopars are stored.

Does a "portbale garage" count? it wasnt really on your survey, but since I have limited garage space, that is where the charger parks.  Not exactly what the insurance company would call a garage, but oh well - I do. oh no - hopefully the insurance company doesn't see this post!

Sometimes in tha garage, sometimes in coved/enclosed carport (like a tent) I bolted down to the RV pad, and occationly in a storage unit. It all depends if I am out of town for a long time, the status of whatever car I am working on and the weather conditions outside. I am the unofficial machanic/instuctor for my co-workers so I always have something to work on.

In the body shop :P

Actually I'll be stuck in the driveway for about a year after it gets out of the body shop, after which point I'll have it in the garage.  Plan to get a nice waterproof car cover for it in the meantime.  It'll be a daily driver, so the cover on/off will be a bit of a pain sometimes, but if I estimate my time at $20 an hour, and calculate how much I'm having to pay for body work, I'll have to take the cover on/off about 200 trillion times to make up for it, so.... :D

Lemme see.  Although some of it is in the basement, some in the attic and a few pieces in my office, most of my car is in the garage.  :rotz:

CHASWINGMAN2

I have way too many cars, but I do keep my Chargers close.  One at home in the garage and one here at the shop.  I keep it in the paint booth to keep the dust off.  I'm just hoping one day the paint farries will sneak in and make it all pretty again.  I keep my 69 Road Runner in my girlfriends garage (2 doors down), but right now we are on the outs so I'm gonna have to sneak down there and get it out.  She keeps her dog in the garage so I guess I'll need to stop at the butcher shop on the way home and grab a steak.

Wish me luck.

THE COLONEL

While at home, The Colonel is in the garage, which has an alarm on it.  During the winter, I take it to the Brady's Bend Underground Storage in Pennsylvania.  It is under lock and key, and the only way in, is for them to take you in.  And if your not the owner......most of the time, you are SOL! ;)  Anyway, they are old Limestone caves.  They are climate control rooms, so it keeps the humidity, and temp the same, all the time.  No need to worry about mold or anything.  I would keep it at home, but I don't want to push snow off of my daily driver everyday during the winter.  It's only $40 a month, which, around here, is a GREAT price! :yesnod:

Naturally I voted "Somewhere else". ;)

It's a street bike. 83 Venture. I had a 97 Vmax. Decided I would rather have a cruiser than a muscle bike so the Vmax was sold and picked up the Venture.

I'm not paranoid a bit about somebody stealing my car. I show it to total strangers. It is sitting in a storage building at my brothers car lot.
