I took my bike out today and found these cars 67-69 Camaro and what looks like a 68-70 Charger in a barn outside of town. They look like they've been there at least 20+ years and YES, I was snooping.  Are they someones here and if not I'm going to make my move.  :icon_smile_cool: The barn is by some RR tracks whithin about 20ish miles of town (Springfield, Tn.) Well if somebody can find the car within 20 miles of a small town by the railroad tracks they are really good. Thats a big area to look

I'm going to go in the morning. I'll have my wife get some pics and send them to mike to post for me. As for those that think I'm lying, you are right so don't bother looking for these cars. :moon: :icon_smile_big:

I can allways get another wife but it's hard to replace a leg.  :icon_smile_big:   My wife knows how to send pics, I dont. If it is yours 2Gunz just so you know I did not cross your fence, and I didn't see any dogs. Sometimes I take my camcorder with me when I'm looking for cars, that way I can zoom in on a car that you can't tell what it is from the road. This is a good way to find cars and way more safe then going in.

If someone is peering into my yard with a camcorder I pull the ol' british SAS trick... I yell "SNIPER WITH A SCOPE" as loud as I can while firing a couple shots in the "snipers" direction!  :icon_smile_big:

OK guy's, I went over to the place and went in to knock on the door but nobody was home.  :shruggy: It looks like nobody lives there.  :shruggy:  Well I was half right, the car I thought was the charger was not.  :brickwall: But it's a 68-69 Camaro Convertable  :drool5:  and the other was a 68-69 Camaro as well.  From the road the conv. looked like a charger. This is still a great find and I would love to have that Convertable.  :METAL:  I took some pics and will have to have my wife E-mail them to someone here to post for me.  I'm going to keep going back up there until I find out some info. I'm going to try and get them both.    Chuck.................

Thank's again terrible one for the help.  ;) From the road the car on the left looked like a charger but turned out to be the convertable camaro.  :shruggy:  And the barn was a couple of old semi trailers.  They look like they've been there for a long time but the wheelbarrow is not that old so somebody has to be around.

Cool find, the convertible has an odd stripe. Seems to have had the nose strip with in the center a heart?

The one on the right is a '69 for sure. I can't see enough of the one on the left, but I'm thinkin' it's a '69 too.

'69 is the only year that has the body line that starts at the top of the wheel openings & go rearward.

'67 & '68 both have standard type wheel openings.
'68 has no wing windows...

'67 has the same body, but with wing windows...

And no, I've never owned a Camaro. :icon_smile_tongue:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I was kidding, not my place. But would be very funny if it was.

skip68

Thanks for the info CHARGER FAN.  I had an idea becuase my wifes is a 67.  So I know about the wing window and the more square rear of the 69, but I never noticed how flat the lines on the top of the front fender wells were.  :ahum: I'm not a Camaro guy but I sure want that convertable.  :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5:
