Greetings

Where the heck does the horn relay hide out?  Common sense would be somewhere in the engine compartment, though I do see one hiding under the dash by the fuse block.

warm enough to check it out, I didn't even have a relay installed (do now).  Still doesn't work so i'll replace the switch in the wheel next.  I do have a loose wire set of a green/brown with a black that i'm trying to figure out where it goes, have to dig on mymopar.com i'd imagine.

are those wires down the column part of a harness ? if they are, then brown and green are right and left rear turning lights and hazzards. Black is horn switch

Nope, I've got turn signals and hazard flashers.  This 2 wire set is hanging on the right side of the dash just past the radio (which also doesn't work), not sure what this plugs into, has 2 openings perpendicular like a "T"  A previous owner pulled the 400 and put in a 440, took out the a/c to make room in the engine compartment, none of the heater controls (blower) work either.

pics will be helpfull. I only have seen personally A/C assemblies ( all Chargers down here and mostly Coronets were A/C equipped ). By colors yes, it could be the heater speeds resistor wiring, or part of them. Will search further.
