So, my 69 is going into the body shop next month and then after..its gonna get painted into a RT clone. I have some colour ideas like black & white stripe, charcoal grey & black stripe or the original colour T5 Copper with a black or white stripe. What do u guys think?

Its hard to pick a color for someone thats something you really have to decide for yourself...  Im probably in the minority but I can say if I had a 69 I would make a General Lee.  A 69 can look good with just about any color though.  Just remember if you dont go with bronze you will need to change your screenname!

This is only an opinion mind you and you can do what ever you please. But I rarely see any bronze cars. Plus I believe that it will be worth more if it is painted back to the original color. I would think that a black stripe would look real good on it too. Plus some nice chrome 15*8  magnum 500'S would set it off. Certainly the decision is yours.

But thanks for asking..         JIM

Since your car will be a clone, I think you have some freedom with the color.

I like your charcoal with black stripe idea. My buddy has a Bronze 69 that is a stripe delete, I wonder if yours is a stripe delete too.

I have a 68 that is a MM1 bronze car that is a stripe delete. Seems like a common thing with the bronze cars I have seen. I am going to put a stripe on mine eventually though.

its up to you to decide the color. Whatever you like. Its not R/T so it wont really matter what color you paint it. It'd look nice in black with red stripe imo
