i have a 67 383 out of a 67 charger. i was wondering if anyone has a good idea of what  this might be worth? i can move the engine a little by hand. thanks guys...

Was the engine running when pulled?  67 383s have 516 heads.  Is this a 4bbl intake?  It is worth $500 as a core.

Is this a thinly-disguised for-sale ad?

383's are a dime a dozen........

not around here....there aren't hardly any big block's around here.....
Daddy ran whiskey in a big black dodge
bought it at an auction at the masons lodge,
Johnson County Sherriff painted on the side,
just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside,
well him and my uncle tore that engine down,
I still remember that rumblin' sound.....

Really..in Kansas? Kansas is FULL of old cars.....
Come to Washington and see me.......bring a trailer! ;D

The last 3 383s I sold were the 335 horse versions and in the $150-$250 range. I still have 6 of them. A 1967 with the 516 heads wouldn't be worth much.

well i guess you could say i am trying to find out what  i should ask for it if i was to sell it?? ::) ::)

yup full of old chevys and fords....my dad says its always been this way....he said going to school it was only him and one other guy that drove dodge's....he had a 57 custom royal and a 67 charger, the other guy had some coronet. Nowadays it seems like all the dodge's are horded up by afew lucky people.
