70 charger horns

Can someone tell what all is needed to install factory horns on my car. 70 Charger. What other year or model will work?  Is there a horn relay?  Someone has "69" horns...will they fit?

Not sure what other years fit, but I would figure '68 & '69 would be the same.  Just guessing.

Yes there is a horn relay.  I bought mine from Year One.

As far as how to install them, I posted a photo of how I installed mine and it is somewhere on this site.
