Anyone done this or have pics of it?  Im contemplating putting aftermarket white face gauges in the stock bezel.  Also thinking of painting the bezel black with silver trim.  Pictures of either of these would be great.

Thanks.  I have used those in my 79 Blazer.  They are OK but not what I am looking for.  It still looks cheap to me.  I think actual aftermarket gauges will look more modern and work better too.  Plus I dont have a tach or even 150 mph speedo, so what do I have to lose?  Another bonus is that if I do the conversion I can sell off 2 sets of rallye gauges.   ;)

Another member posted this one a while back.  Hoping to see some more pics of the black bezels or aftermarket gauges though

That's just a woodgrain rallye cluster painted black with stock gauges.

I realize that, Im going to paint mine as well but I want aftermarket white face guages.  This is the only picture I have seen that even resembles what I want to do.

there are ppl who has done it, but I think will need to cut the back housing to fit it somehow. ONLY hole maybe you won't need to cut maybe is the clock/tac oine if your actually is equipped.

I think is not to hard for a while you find same diameter gauges, but yes will need some care to make it good

That's actually my painted dash :)  I was wanting to do aftermarket gauges, too, but I couldn't find any that would fit and look right...  Finally just gave up and put it back in with stock stuff.  I might still come back to it some other time, but for now at least it works :)
