Buy it Now option on ebay listing... where is it??

Im trying to list some parts on ebay and I see they changed everything on me again since the last time I used it.  Ive gone into the options and the buy it now option is not even there.  Am I blind?  I really dont see it...

Must just be you. I see them yet. If someone put a bid in already, the BIN button is removed.

No its stuff I just listed, no bids not even a watcher.  I dont get it.

This is where I figure it would be, but these are the only options I get...

Display the following options:

Reserve price

Set a minimum selling price for your item


Private listing

Allow buyers to remain anonymous to other eBay users


Lots

Sell multiple items together to the same buyer as a "lot"

Ok I had to do the live help chat...  I found out why.  Another unwritten rule... you must have at least 10 feedback points and I have 1.  My only other option is to spend another $5 for ID verify.  What a hassle.

Don't you have more than 10 feedback points since you used it before? Egouge has some silly rules.

eBay usage does not necessarily guarantee feedback points. Mine should be roughly twice the 39 it is.

I was selling things under my girlfriends ebay account before.  I just made this one for myself a couple weeks ago.
