I have a video that I took downloaded on my hard drive that is about 30 minutes long. Is it possible to cut about a 5 minute portion out of it somehow so I can post it on youtube using something like windows media player or winamp?

No roxio products, but I think I got somewhere after messing around with this windows movie maker for awhile, it lets you break it up into smaller sections and save them.
