  Although I am not personally a Gators fan I am proud of their win and more importantly shedding some Light on The SEC.  All I have heard the last month is all the guys on radio and these sports "experts" whine about a SEC team playing for the national title, how the SEC is a weak conference, blah, blah , blah.... The SEC is the most dominate conference... Speed, strength, and most importantly tough defense.
Gator defense made me say Troy who??? Thats the Hiesman winner?? What???

  And I am glad this wasn't a "contraversal" game. No questions or excuses..... Florida came in ready and Stomped ohio state, and Urban Myers just flat out , out coached Jim Tressel.

  Like I said, I'm Not a Gators fan, so I'm not bragging wanting to stir up the Buckeye nation... Just glad that the SEC is getting the respect it deserves.

Maybe now other undefeated, or one-loss SEC teams will be considered for future National Champ Games, Like my Favorite..... With their new leader....the.....CRIMSON TIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not to make excuses for Ohio States poor performance but a local sports radio host was with the team while they were off and said that just about every lineman gained about 15-20 pounds while they were off because of all the partying, including Troy. If that's is true then they deserved to lose because they took it for granted that they would win and failed to keep themselves sharp. If you approach a big game by spending your off time partying them you don't deserve to win, Florda approached this game with professionalism and won because of it

Nobody's whining about the SEC being weak.

If anything people get down on their knees for the SEC at the expense of the other conferences; so you had a good year this year with the two teams at the top, but it's all cyclical.  I guess the Big Ten was exposed, but the game didn't tell me anything I dind't already know about the SEC (but only one of their teams).
