Saw it on ebay this morning with a BIN of 1800. With those hideaway headlights and a power bulge hood, I just coudn`t resist. I tried to resist for a couple of hours at work but I ended up booting up my laptop and getting it. I talked to the seller tonight. He was a real nice Ford guy. My best friend will be picking it up for me in a couple of weeks and bringing it to Atlanta at a later date, tenatively sometime next month. As far as what I will do with it, unless there are some hidden real bad surprises, I intend to keep and fix it. My wife and I have an agreement that I cant keep more than 3 at any one time, so it looks like I`ll either have to part out or sell one of my current 318 cars.

I'm starting to like 3rd gen chargers more since I've been coming onto the web site here the last few years. I owned won for about 3 days here a while back. I turned it for a quick buck more less. I would have bought it also Twilt, very solid project. I'd own a 3rd gen ove r a 1st, no offence guys. And 2nd gens are starting to get to me somewhat, just '69's I hate it when people ask me, are you gonna make it a general into a General Lee charger, man I hate that!

Hey, you can hate the game but don't hate the player.

If you have no vision or creative spirit, you can always fall back on the way the factory did it.

The 5th digit of the VIN is a V, what does that mean?   :stirthepot:

the hide aways and bulge hood are worth close to the price, great score.  Was it close to home?

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Daddy ran whiskey in a big black dodge
bought it at an auction at the masons lodge,
Johnson County Sherriff painted on the side,
just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside,
well him and my uncle tore that engine down,
I still remember that rumblin' sound.....

Will he throw in that old gas pump in with the deal? :icon_smile_big:
(kidding) ;)

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)
