Any aftermarket suppliers offer a "package" deal to convert a 500 charger to a Daytona Clone? I saw in the other thread the rear wing (aluminum) was $2000. How about the front nose assembly? and other parts needed?

roughly $8000 for the parts with labour if u do it yourself maybe 10k all together

Are you thinking of actually converting a real 69 Charger 500 to a Daytona clone? Or a Charger?

If I had a CHARGER 500, Id leave it. It would be easier to clone a Daytona using a 500 than a regular Charger but it would kill the value of the 500

Not necesarily kill the value of it, if it wasn't numbers matching, then I don't think it would hurt the potential resale value much at all.

a 69 charger. i cant find any Charger 500's- 69 models.

They are around to be bought. A few are for sale typically at any given time. The problems with 500's is the $$$$.

             They will probably never be in the price range of a real Daytona but you have got to admit they have come a long way in the past ten years.

The prices of 500's has come a long way in the past 5 years if you ask me. I looked at a HEMI 500 5 years ago for $45K and told the guy it was too high of an asking price.

Have I seen any 500's lately for sale for under $30K? The answer to that one is yes. I saw one for sale a few months back for $25K. It sold though.
