That is amazing!

Simply amazing!

An inspiration to work harder today so that one day I can have something half as nice as that.   :yesnod:

old man

This is simply amazing. Where are the oil stains on the flloor? I think I would rather have a dyno in the shop than all the fancy woodwork. I'm sure the amount spent on this would pay for the dyno and a couple of lifts. We can all dream.

Agreed on the oil stains. Does he put down a mink tarp under the car before working on it? Platinum and diamond tools? ;D That is just incredible. If he uses the garage as his doghouse - I'd hate to see his shack.

Old Moparz

I like it, but I was thinking that it would be much more fun to have my waterbed on the turntable.   :D

i would rather have old mans garage now that he has two lifts!  his looks more like a garage than a show room.  I would be afraid to get the place dirty.

I wish I had two lifts. ??? The only lifts I have is two flloorjacks. I do need to add to my shop and when I do I will have taller walls for a lift.

Shakey, he is from the  T.O. area.......are you sure he isn't your neighbor?

whitehatspecial

Looks like a garage Tom Cruise would have. Too light in the a$$ for my taste.
Cars owned:
1968 Dodge Charger, 48k orig. miles, family owned since new.
Not a Hemi, a mini-hemi 340.

plum500

I'd like to have the space, but would rather it a bit more "garage like" than that. Lifts, work benches, shop tools, storage, black and white checkered floor if anything fancy, and it's missing at least one classic Charger???? :)

DC_1

I like the cars he has but if I had that kinda cash I would have a few Chargers and a Daytona as well. Its not like he doesn't have the room. I have a customer like this in the Detroit area. He owns a tool shop and he has a basement in the 50,000 sq.ft shop that looks like a Roman Palace. He had 15-20 cars at least at one time. Old and new. He would buy 2 -Z06 Corvettes. 1 to drive the other to collect. He had Vipers and as well as old vetts, Mercedes and other rides. I would drool everytime I got to go down there

Hemidoug

I wish I had that kind of space. I'd do mine up different though...it wouldn't be so "prissy". More work then show with lifts, dyno, work benches and LOTS of tools. That isn't a garage, that's a showroom.

How do we know this fella doesn't have a few "bays" to work on his cars in another part of his house?   :scratchchin:

Perhaps this is just where he parks them.   :shruggy:

TylerCharger69

That is sweet!!   I'm taking an educated guess here,  but I think that garage is more like a "showcase" area,  and not where actual work takes place.   I can't see someone yanking out an engine in there.    That crown moulding alone is extremely expensive!!!  I Wonder what his bathroom looks like!!

TylerCharger69

I noticed something else...It APPEARS  that the silver round portion where the blue Viper sits spins!!   I'm assuming that the wooden enclosures are trophy cases.

mikepmcs

Nice work on that show palace.  I agree, he ain't doing no work in there and besides although very nice clean rides, i'm guessing he doesn't do any work at all on his cars.  Now if those were some old cars in there, i might believe he's not just a rich guy who buys stuff and drives it in there. (my opinion of course)
Still a very nice clean stable and would love to own something that big.

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

I don't really think it's a garage at all , just some place he keeps his cars.  Where are all the tools, Compressor, stains etc.. ?   that place is way too clean to have "worked on a car" . What about a Beer Fridge?   Car memorabilia ?

I forgot about the beer fridge. HOW CAN YOU HAVE A SHOP OR GARAGE WITHOUT A COLD STORAGE FOR BEER!!!!!!!!!

I'd be perfectly happy owning everything in that picture, as long as there was a cool "real" garage too. :yesnod:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Something looks strangely familiar about that garage. Oh yea, here we go:

Well the first and third images may be fine, but the second one looks like he lost his torque wrench. Or maybe he found it.....embedded in the back of his head. Kirk has no business in a 21st century internal combustion garage.

I this is the face he made when he saw the new Dodge "Charger". Would this be correct Bull? :stirthepot:

Definitely! And if its not "New Chargeritis" its prolonged 1968-own'um-too-longus shown through. ;D

Now this IS the garage I would want... Mr. Tim Wellborn's setup. It's sure bliss with the authentic neon lights, granite wet bar, huge Plasma TV and how could you NOT like a rotating cross-section 426 hemi !!!

Yes, both those Mopars are original hemi-cars.  :icon_smile_big:

With that kind of money Im guessing he doesn't have a "shop." Somebody else gets paid to do the maintenence on those cars. However if I had that kind of money I would have a SHOP! ;D Full paint booth, dyno, lifts, etc...

You responded to those morons with class and etiquette and they responded with ignorance and insults. There is an old saying that asks what the difference is between a porcupine and a BMW. I used to laugh and see it as the joke it was intended to be. Yet, after seeing that barrage of insults and lack of any class whatsoever I think that saying may be true. :flame: I dispise ricers with a passion yet I will still take the time at a car show to look at the car and admire the work put into it. A true car guy admires the work it took to build the car (even if it is not fitting of their own taste) regardless of make or model. :cussing:
