winchester model 77, 22LR

Hey my sisters boy friend gave my Dad this gun but the clip, magazine is missing, I looked it up on line and its a pretty nice 22 that goes for used around $350 to $450 and now I'm trying to hunt down a clip for it and trying to talk my Dad out of it anybody know more about this rifle?

I don't know much about the rifle, but the magazines seem to run a little over $30.

thanks, I just ordered one for $30 from another on line store, I also found out the first year this model was produced was 1955.................
