should my spindle be at this "angle"?

finished putting one side together tonight, and was just wondering if the spindle should be in such a "bind", it still turns freely, but it looks alittle odd to me.....probably just because it doesn't have any weight on it...thats what i'm hoping anyway
Daddy ran whiskey in a big black dodge
bought it at an auction at the masons lodge,
Johnson County Sherriff painted on the side,
just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside,
well him and my uncle tore that engine down,
I still remember that rumblin' sound.....

its fine - remember the torsion bar and weight will alter the geometry immensely
