I recently received a set of R/T tips for my '68 Charger. I have a couple questions regarding the tip placement:

1. How far should the tips extend out from the bottom of the bumper, for a stock appearance?
2. How far below the bumper should the tips be mounted?

Also, please post a picture of a '68 with the tips installed for my reference to determine the correct locations.

Thanks,

Chris

:iagree:  if you get the correct chrome tip hangers for the factory style tips, there is not much room for play.

My first set of stainless tips were over an inch shorter, so they did not come out the back as far as they
should. The new chrome repro units are the correct length.

This is my 68........
