What in the world is this ???  I got this from a post on the trucking web site I hang out on. Even they don't seem to know. Looks to me like a pumping machine taking a dump :D

You nailed it. :icon_smile_big: Someone on the trucking site got it too. This was his answer.

Its a two stage parsons steam turbine. The thing toward the top of the picture is the governor that regulates the turbines speed. Looks like its connected to a generator.
