opinions needed

a friend of mine bought a 440 hp the guy he bought it from said it was siezed. When my buddy took it apart only 2 pistons where shot everything to our surprise was in  great shape. Now his question is does he replase all pistons or just the bad ones? I said the motor is out and apart do them all. I am curious to see what some of the more experienced guys would do. well buying 2 matched pistons could be an issue this is assuming the bores are not hurt , you would still need to balance the bottom end
personally I would buy a new matched set
