I never really paid attention while the show was running but I watched some of last night.    I don't recall their names too well.

The guy that worked in a deli won top prize...   lost 52% body weight...  from 4xx to 18x.   The fat party girl (Kai?) came in 2nd after losing 45%.

The $100K consolation prize for the people voted off was won by a guy named Brian who lost 50% from 309 to 15x.

Unfortunately, that is where I'm at now, about 420 at 6'0.  :-[ I actually was used to be about 600 pounds at 6'1, but all the problems I was having including my back compressing down a inch already, woke me up a bit. I'm not proud of it, but the meal that woke me up, I ate 5 12in pizzas alone with nothing else in one dinner. I got down to 370, then hit a Plato, and gain back 50 pounds. Now I been around my current weight for about 2 years. And, again, it is catching back up to me. My back is shot. But watching the show has motivated me to for now changing my diet again. I really don't eat much now at all, but it has been the wrong foods (and I don't mean tons of doughnuts, McDonalds or other fast food places either). I hardly ever drink soda anymore, mostly water and low fat milk. I hurt to much to do much walking and stuff yet tho. I'm working right now on getting my calorie intake to less then 2000 a day.

i was upset that eric won due to his lack of loyalty for his teammates, BUT....

he did a wonderful job of losing the most weight.

Jarron, who was on the show actually graduated from high school with my wife, so we were rooting for him!  too bad he lost.

Da'charger guy,  I wish you all the luck in the world, I know how tough it is, infact I am at my goal weight noe for several months and each day is still a challenge.  If I can make one suggestion, wright down every thing you put in your mouth and how many calories it is.  This was very helpfull and I was amazed at how much I used to eat.  I still wright it all down and keep track of the calories.  good luck!

R/T SE,  I wish everyone with a weight problem all the best.  I truly believe there is much discrimination.  I am treated far better at 195 than I was at 370.

Thanks Husk. You know that is right. It has only taken me 42 years to find myself a woman (who is thin and 24 years old by the way) that doesn't give a crap about me being fat. It sucks when people think your fat because your lazy and or eat like a pig. They never think or believe it can be because of other health issues. I hate being this big. I am working on getting rid of the weight. I don't want any other health issues. And I wanna be around for my boys and my new girlfriend.
