questions to ask when buying magnum 360 heads

My friend needs a set for a 96 ram, 5.9. 

He found a set on the bay and the price is very very right. seller claims they only have 30K on them.  what kind of questions should he ask the guy?   seller with low feedback, only 3, but all positive.

I told him to get more pics of heads and ask some general questions about the seats/springs, etc and why they have 30K on them.  I figured to ask the quesions not so much for the answer, but to see if the guy would get back to him.

can you think of anything else to ask.?

They are known to crack at the valves. make sure they get magna fluxed before you put them on...

ask them if they have been checked. A visual inspection doesn't always show.
