The ones I saw @ the Dream Cruise were probably demos DCX had out for product introduction.

For a modern car, it's not half bad.   :P

Soulless and homogenized, but slightly better than the other soulless, homogenized modern cars on the road. :2thumbs:

Why, so they stop making RWD performance cars altogether?
[/quote

Nope just hopeing that they flop like the GTO so the car makers can see that if they misuse a classic name on a car that resembles it in no way, it will flop and that we who care about the classics arent just a bunch of idiots. As far as the whole rear wheel drive thing, if thats all their going to offer as a rear wheel drive then I dont care if they stop making them, I'll keep my classic and go buy a Ford.

Rock hard interior pieces? The ones I've test driven had two-tone, leather interiors.

As for the sales figures... If those are actual figures it looks like Chrysler might be much smarter than many here give them credit for. Apparantly it is less than 90 cars away from selling 17,000 Chargers within only four months (a couple of thousand of which were sold before the Charger was commercially "unleashed), a year after selling butt-loads of Magnum Wagons, a year after selling butt-loads of 300s, a year after most everyone in the United States either purchased or owned a new car because of the zero percent financing offers that were part of the Sept. 11 fall-out; all while Ford and GM's sales and - most importantly- stocks ratings tanked.
Sixty-eights look great and the '69 is fine.

Here in Sweden i havent seen a single one, not even at the big exhibitions... i can guess that the Swedish Gov put some rules against them or something.
Looking for 383 Magnum #0B196875 and 0B115166

feel the rock hard armrests,... thrill to the hard plastic dash cap!  :icon_smile_big: PS what color were they?...

yellowcuda

I have only seen one...it lives about 3 miles from me.  We try to drive the blower Charger past it as often as possible.  It is black, though it has dealer tags so it may not be permanent there.
I had my truck in the shop at the dealership last week and checked out the R/T Charger.  Looks OK from the outside in black (4 doors are less obvious in black) but the inside is such a dissapointment.  They are just like my old Stratus...boring.

68 Charger (was gonna be DC.com car. Now it will be renamed)

Dodge Don

Unfortunately I see them often....probably seen 20 so far on the streets....and the odd one at a dealership. Not counting the hundreds we saw at the assembly plant and the hundreds I've seen on transport trucks heading towards the US border. Be afraid.....
