Fender Tag Decoder?

I downloaded a pretty cool fender tag decoder from a website a while back (it shows up as a blue pentastar icon).   I just wondered if anyone knows what site its from?  I cant seem to remember and I dont have it bookmarked.  I think it would be a useful tool for alot of guys here if they dont already have it or something similar.

There is one you can use right there on the website, but towards the bottom of the page theres a link to download one to your computer.  Good stuff.
