Black Paint for 68 Dog Dish hub caps

I have a set of used dog dishes on my car and with the exception of the mopar logo front and center I cannot tell where else the wheels are supposed to be painted black.

I can't really tell what black to use either, satin, semi-gloss, etc.

Can anybody help with this info?

I have a set of NOS ones...... I'll dig them out in the next day or two and if noone beats me to it, I'll post close-ups of them.........
