How much HP would this make?

I know it's hard to say, but ballpark numbers are fine. If I start with a 400 and get the stroker kit from 440source for 500 cubes. Plus aluminum Edelbrock heads and a 850 cfm holley or dominator carb. and headers. Should that be good for 400+ horses? Advise.

Which heads/cam would be good with this setup? I'm trying to establish a budget for parts.

With 500 cubes, 600+ FWHP is no problem with the right cam & heads, my 451 with a very small solid & 9.73 comp., bone stock 906s made around 500 FWHP, i would say get some eddys or EZs & a roller cam if you can swing it, otherwize, IMO, you can't beat the MP 590 solid.
