My engine on my 1968 Charger isn't the original engine so is this guarenteed to fit? I know it's an 11" clutch but i'm not definite that my engine is 1966 - 1969 like the Year One description says it will fit, I think my engine is 1971

inspection cover size  is dependent on what size clutch / flywheel / bellhousing size not the engine size or year

there are 2 11" clutches , the larger one with cast bel has 143 tooth flywheel & the smaller one with Alum bel has 130 tooth , each cover is different so you need to knwo which you have
