This isn't quite as unusual as the other cars in this thread, but we all thought this charger appeared to have a painted top. The car was a total rat but the top was very smooth and even had these 2 imitation vinyl top pleats on it.  I don't know if they ever could've come from the factory with painted tops but it sure looked original.  No fender tag info.
