Found some old pics of my 2 Charger R/T's (Whitey and Lightening), vintage about '84 and '88.. Lightning was an original stripe delete car. I added the butt stripe.... This is what my current v-code will look like except I'm going with longitudinal stripes in burnt orange from Performance Car Graphics..

Here's Lightning at the golf course I used to work at:

Here she is again at a Mall car show:

With my buddies, '66 I believe 396 Chevelle and Jim's '70 Ram Air IV Judge,, those were the good ole' days... Daily driver's they all were... Notice my "Musclecar Review" plate  :icon_smile_big:

The day I brought Whitey home to meet her older sister:

Close up of the rear: Steve, original owner had taken off the rear spoiler because one of the pivot brackets broke: I found one and put it back on..

The Sun setting in Georgetown, Texas:

The two again down by the barn:

What happened to the 1970?
The '70 I traded even up for my current '68 Hemi Charger R/T... I now own another '70 v-code Charger R/T that's white and built on the same day as my previous one...   :icon_smile_big:

Do you still have both of those chargers?

Both are gone now.. As stated previously, I traded the '70 for my '68 and last year sold "Whitey"......  I currently have my 3; '68,'69 and '70.......

Wow that white 70 RT in the pics was just sweeet! Sounds like the 70 RT that you are working on now will be
awesome in white too!

Troy. I have a set of those chrome (mud) flaps in a box still. My dad wanted them on most of my cars back in the early 80's, but not all of them received them! From '82 to '86, I had the fastest car in high school all 4 years, '70 R/T.........man, those were the days. Thanks for the photo memories.

Hey, you can hate the game but don't hate the player.

That's funny, I had a friend back in the day with a '70 Goat too. I helped him rebuild his engine after he decided he was in over his head.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

So Troy what is the big deal with White cars? Just kidding

So when you complete the 68, your going to start right in on the 70? Or wait a year or so?

That's what I would like to do..... Something about those '70's, especially this white and v-code brings me back to my early Mopar years....
