Here in St.Louis area it was near 70 Degrees yesterday.  It is below freezing this morning, freezing rain here by noon and 6 to 8 inches of snow tonight.  Just 4 days ago I had the 68 out the entire holiday weekend windows down cruizen.  Now it looks like time to put the stabilz in the tank clean and wax and put the cover on her for the winter.  Usualy as soon as I do we get a couple more 60 degree days.

Drove it last night, but I think my winter projects will start this weekend.  :icon_smile_sad:

Shakey

We've been very lucky in the Toronto area (compared to the Western Provinces) as it has been very mild all week long.

It was 14C / 57F at 5:30 AM this morning.

That sure sounds familiar Lizard.  They just cancelled the wrestling meet for tonight and they are letting school out 1/2 hour early.

Well here in Columbia MO we are expecting anywhere from 10 to 14 inches of snow tonight. I'm like you Husk I was driving my Duster last Sunday morning with the windows down and smoking the tires. Today I have put the tractor in the shop putting on chains and getting ready for the snow tonight. Someone told me we might have as much as 20 inches but that was a rumor. You know that in Missouri it could be snowing one day and 65 the next.

I will be leaving very soon myself and heading to the house. If they are right and we get all this snow I know that the County building will be closed also tomorrow. I will stay around home and clean out drive and help neighbors with their drives. The worst part is that my torque convertor was to be done tomorrow in Jefferson City and it will be too bad to go get it. So Challenger will have to set another weekend before I can finish it.

It was 70 degrees here in northeast Indiana yesterday. This morning it was 67 at 5:00 am. Now it is 40, and we are supposed to get 6 inches of snow tonight.

I'd say so. Unless you put your snow tires on the Charger. I took these at 10:00am this morning. My Dakota and van are covered. Right now there is about 6in on my deck. And you can see in the pics it is still coming down pretty good. Then the weather men is saying once the snow is gone, the winds are supposed to pick up to about 20 to 30mph. I have to take the Dakota out this afternoon to do a few things, I hope by then it is done snowing.

You do that too, Allen?  I usually turn the Natural Gas off here at the shop around late March, and don't turn it back on until it gets cold.  As long as no one leaves the silly garage door open for a couple of hours, it stays tolerably warm.  Just on Monday we called them to come out and turn the gas back on.  They said they would be here on Friday (today).  Guess they won't make it, and they're only two buildings down from me!!!

We had maybe 4-5 inches of snow, on top of 1" of ice & sleet.  The few phone calls I have gotten here at the office today all start off with "I didn't think you guys would be in."

Think I'll go home and build a snowman with the kids after lunch.  I already plowed the driveway this morning, so it's playtime   ;D

Looks like it's already starting to blow, judging from the drifts on your Dakota.

I'm lucky I guess, we got less than a foot on the 29th, but then it got damned cold. Yesterday morning, it was 8 degrees when I left for work.
Somebody close the door & turn up the heat! :icon_smile_cool:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

yep, Geno, she is on now, and I have made a mental note, don't wait until you are about to freeze to death to have them turn the gas on ::)

Well we wound up with around 16 inches of snow when it was finally over. The wifes Quadcab 4x4 wouldn't even make it out the front drive. I had it stuck halfway in garage door. I went to back shop and started the Durango and thought I'd try it. It walked right thru the snow with drifts up to over two and a half feet. My small tractor wouldn't even make a dent. We went Saturday and helped dig out Uncles Bronco with a blade. Once we had him going he came over and cleared of front drive and road back to shop. Was able to get tractor out late Saturday and clean down to concrete and the gravel. Amazing that the Durango with a 4.7 was able to do as good as it did.
