Only 4 letter movie I could think of and I remember seeing the book floating around many years ago.  Wasn't sting in that movie or something.  What was it about anyway?
Bunch of futuristic guys riding around the sand dunes with rails?

By the way, Tron is my all time favorite video game, go figure.  :lol:

I rode the bench for two years. Thought I wasn't being played because of my color, I got filled up with a lotta attitude. So I quit. Still not a week goes by I don't regret it.

Dune is kind of a long movie with a lot of boring parts, but it is different, I read the first part of book when a kid, then when I saw the movie I remembered a lot of it, I think it held to the book pretty well.
    They have suits in the dessert that recycle their water, and these one secret rebel guys hiding out in sand have control of the expensive and sought after "spice", and then they ride gigantic, I mean gigantic, sand worms, and the worms like the spice, and it turns the rebel dude's eyes all glowing sort of blue when they eat a lot of it everyday, and I don't want to say too much of movie, but the cool parts you will see are pretty cool, so there is some meaning to this movie,   and ya, sting is in it, I think he's a bad guy sort of
  Tron was a great arcade game, and you got your moneys worth for the quarter.  I liked the motorcycle section the best.    :2thumbs:

I'd recommend the Dune novels over the movie....although the Sci-Fi miniseries from 2000 is a pretty good adaptation IMO.
