Great movie though and that is exactly what popped into my head while racking my peabrain.
This one is going to be tough because there are a bunch of movies that could have this line in it.

Maybe Steve could give us a little bit more to narrow our choices.

Top Secret, I loved that movie as a kid.  Funniest role Val Kilmers ever been in.  Ok here is an old one for ya.
