Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

first one sounds like something Steve Buscemi would say and the second one is Deliverance.
Nope. it's all from 1 movie.

Is that the bank robber movie with Bruce Willis and Billy Bob Thorton?

"It's inconceivable!"              "This word you keep using, I do not think it means what you think it means."

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

The Princess Bride?
That little guy said it and Carey Elwes responded.   I think his name is Wallace Shawn(big time character actor)

After last night I'll wait til you tell me it's correct before I post a quote.  I was striking out all over the place yesterday.

Jackie

I have an extensive movie collection and a very wide range of taste.

Yes, I dig chick flicks as well as the others.  I'm a big time Sandra Bullock/MarisaTomei/Angelina Jolie Fan.

If you go to page 9 or 10 of this thread you'll see a couple pics I posted of most of my collection.

The Princess Bride, yup, if you saw the film you would remember that line.  That movie is great and even if maybe chicks might like it, it is not a chick flick IMO, it is a good movie, andre the giant is in it also with a big part,  if you can imagine that, but it is funny movie, and lots of good scenes, really.

I put that line in because I was just talking about that movie and that line with this airforce pilot guy that I bought an engine lift from yesterday, he loved that movie too.   not a chick flick, story just sort of set up old fashioned,

Yeah I wasn't refering to The Princess Bride as a chick flick, my bad.  The post did look like that didn't it.
Anyway, here is my quote since I'm up.

Jack, he was never the romantic type. For our anniversary he gives me pepper spray. PEPPER SPRAY. I think it's perfume. I end up in the emergency room.

Bonnie and Clyde?   Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid?  I don't know.  Is  "telly"  a bank teller? or the telephone?

"What we have here is a failure to communicate.  Some men you just can't reach, so we get what we got here, which is the way he wants it, so he gets it."

maybe an easy one, but I always liked that quote, remembered it for some reason, also is used in a G&R song I think

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

That was said in Cool Hand Luke.

The GnR song is Civil War.

I'm out one round so no quote.
