I'm back, the weather the last couple of days has really been messing with my free time, this ice is a pain in the ass. snow would be a lot better.

The motor is a 68 440 hp .030 over with TRW flat top pistons, 906 heads with some porting work done and a crane .500 lift cam and solid lifter set with gold rockers.

I bought the motor in June, this year from a friend who was bored with its power and had built a 500 cid stroker to replace it in his GTX. he's running in the high tens now. The motor was tight so I gave it a krylon rebuild and lots of new externals. the car got new brakes, bearings and seals front and rear, rear studs for the track, shocks, fuel cell and line, ignition, drive line, tranny (pulled the four speed and went auto) shifter, carpet. and about a million bolts, etc. etc. the exhaust is three inch, flowmasters dumped in front of the rear axel.

I'm happy with the cars driveability,  Finally...twenty years in the waiting. the next project will be body work. not looking for a show stopper,  just no dents or rust. hopefully it'll be done by late spring, gonna have to start it to finish it though. I'm just having to much fun driving it :icon_smile_big:

Hope I answered the build questions.
