What do you guys think? Looking to start sled draging on a consistant basis. Tried it once and it was killer :laugh:

You put weight on it and drag it. Run, walk etc. Can do just about any exercise with it for any body part with a little imagination. But its good cause its differnt from just squating or whatever. You can also use it for active recovery and do a sled work out on your off days to help recover faster.
